SUV body model from new SPECapc for Siemens NX 8.5 benchmark

New SPECapc for Siemens NX 8.5 -- On July 24, SPECapc released updated benchmark software for systems running Siemens NX 8.5. SPECapc for Siemens NX 8.5 runs on the Windows 7 64-bit operating system. New features include quality control improvements, faster runtimes and automatic collection of system information for results submissions to the SPEC website.

SPECwpc benchmark in early beta -- The SPECwpc group has released an early beta version of the first comprehensive, system-level benchmark based on professional workstation applications. Find out more about the upcoming benchmark.

Looking ahead at Siggraph 2013 -- SPEC/GWPG representatives are meeting with media and key advisors at Siggraph 2013, July 22-25 in Anaheim, Calif., to update them on SPECapc, SPECwpc and SPECviewperf 12 activities. See the Siggraph 2013 press release for more.
