I want update my SERT Tool 2.0.0 to 2.0.1, so I visited your web ā€¯https://www.spec.org/sert2/sert_patches/sert-update.html
But it seems doesn't work, can you help me?

The important error message in your image is "Error fetching update file from www.spec.org".

The most likely explanation is that your company firewall is blocking direct HTTP access.  You should try using the command arguments for an optional web proxy:

spec-updater update (existing SERT2 binary) (new SERT2 binary) (optional_web_proxy_host) (optional_web_proxy_port)

Hi Yvonne,

Something is blocking your accesses to SPEC's servers, but I can't diagnose that.  I noticed that you are trying to access from hinet.net, and I have found that hinet.net is widely known as a host for spam and malicious content, so your accesses may be blocked by SPEC or another intermediate server.

I suggest you try this process from your corporate network instead.

SPEC staff is on vacation for the Christmas holidays, so I can't get access to their experts to find out if their firewall is blocking your accesses.

Best regards,
Greg

Hi Greg,
Thank you very much, you're right.
My company firewall is blocking direct HTTP access.
It's solved now.

Thanks for your kind help:)

Have a nice holiday. ;)
