- SPEC CPU2006
- The current release of SPEC's popular processor performance
tests; the successor to SPEC CPU2000.
Upcoming Benchmarks
- SPEC CPUv6
- SPEC is once again seeking to encourage those outside of SPEC
to assist us in locating applications that could be used in the
next CPU-intensive benchmark suite, currently under development
within SPEC and currently designated as SPEC CPUv6. The CPU Search
Program is designed to encourage and recognize achievements of members
of the academic and industrial community who provide and develop
application code and datasets that can be used as components of
the next revision of the SPEC CPU benchmark suite. For further information,

Retired Benchmarks
- SPEC CPU2000
- The previous release of SPEC's popular processor performance
tests; retired in February 2007.
- SPEC CPU95
- Obsoleted with the release of CPU2000 in December 1999.
- SPEC CPU92
- Obsoleted with the release of CPU95 in August 1995.
- SPEC CPU89
- Predecessor to the CPU92 suites, now long obsolete. No material
available here at this time...
